The Challenge

Ricardo needed the ability to change documents in-house, allowing for cost savings and to respond more quickly to internal and customer requirements. They also wanted to be able to automatically dispatch documents via email & fax, taking advantage of the cost and time benefits of digital delivery. Multiple language and variable content also had to be catered for as well as a full refresh of all documentation to ensure ensure it matched their corporate style.
